What you will do:

• Conducting recruitment, selection, interviews with personnel;
• Organizing training and training for employees;
• Maintaining personnel documentation;
• Ensuring internal communication and resolving conflict situations;
• Developing and implementing HR strategies and policies of the company.

Experience required:

• High level of communication and ability to work in a team;
• Experience in conducting negotiations and conflict situations;
• Work experience is not necessary, we will teach!
