WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

HR-Recruitment Manager

We are looking for a team colleague with the following professional skills:

• Experience in the selection of mass (line) personnel from the 1st year;
• Desire to develop in the field of recruitment (mass recruitment);
• Confident skills with basic HR processes: selection and adaptation of personnel;
• Possessing the necessary skills, methods and tools for searching for qualified specialists, understanding modern trends in search channels;
• Communication, focus on results; the ability to work with large amounts of information.
• Responsible and careful attitude to the tasks performed;

What will our future employee do:

• operational search for personnel;
• organization of mass recruitment of candidates (description of vacancies, placement of advertisements about vacancies in various sources);
• closing of vacancies of various levels;
• conducting telephone and face-to-face interviews;
• conducting measures aimed at adapting personnel to cleaning projects.
• forming and maintaining a personnel reserve;
• monitoring and timely response to situations with the staff;
• organization of the work of ad stickers, organization of work with the placement of outdoor advertising;
