Your responsibilities will be:

• Develop, implement and maintain policies and programs of the Company's compensation and benefits;
• Planning and control over the implementation of the annual personnel budget and the budget of the personnel department;
• Development and implementation of a system of goal setting and personnel evaluation in accordance with the strategy and the Company's policy;
• Management and improvement of the existing system of variable remuneration in the Company;
• Formation of factor analysis of plan/actual deviations regarding personnel costs on a monthly basis;
• Conducting analytical studies of the state of the market, participation in salary and compensation reviews, preparation of analytical reports based on them, analysis of the company's competitiveness on the labor market, providing recommendations to management;
• Organization of annual and individual employee salary reviews, calculation of fund changes salaries based on salary revision proposals;
• FOP budgeting by units in the area of ​​responsibility;
• Writing business requirements for automation of HR processes; interaction with the IT department; methodological support of HR process automation projects;
• Preparation of presentations, analytical HR reporting for management.

For work you will need:

• Higher education - technical/economical;
• Ability to work with large amounts of information;
• Necessarily an advanced user of Excel (complex formulas, summary tables);
• Desirable work experience with 1C and Power BI;
• Knowledge of the principles of budgeting and cost management;
• Structured, systematic, proactive approach to solving tasks, analytical mindset, responsibility;
• Skills for preparing reports and making presentations;
• Analytical composition, punctuality, active life position, ability to work in a team.
