HR manager in an online store (Vinnytsia)

Working schedule: from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Format: remote + periodic trips to the office (Vinnytsia)

We are looking for:

Active, organized and cheerful girl 22-35/40 years old, who loves communication, knows how to build a trusting atmosphere and wants to develop in the field of HR in e-commerce.

Responsibilities:

• Search and selection of personnel: warehouse packers, call center managers and other positions for the online store.

• Closing the personnel needs of the business and maintaining stability in the team.

• Conducting initial interviews, selection of candidates, adaptation of new employees.

• Maintaining a positive atmosphere in the team and solving internal work issues.

• Maintaining a database of candidates, communicating with management regarding staffing needs

• Conducting regular surveys and interviews with current employees to assess their motivation, level of involvement, job satisfaction and identify possible needs

Requirements:

• Female age 22-38 years old.

• Joy of life, openness, sincerity, pleasant communication.

• Ability to find an approach to people, organization, responsibility.

• Experience in HR or recruiting from 1 year.

• Desire to develop and be a "communication person" in the team.
