• Our company is developing a network of fast electric charging stations across the country to ensure a comfortable and environmentally friendly transition to electric cars. We work at the forefront of technology and infrastructure, have ambitious plans and are looking for an HR professional who will help us complement the team that will drive this development.

Main duties

• Search, selection and interviewing of candidates.
• Support of the candidate at all stages until leaving the company.
• Support and development of company values.
• Adaptation of new employees.
• Planning and conducting of internal and external corporate events.
• Identification of training needs.
  
  

  Requirements

• HR/HR Generalist/Recruiter work experience from 0.5 to 2 years.
• Understanding key HR processes.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to organize processes and systematize information.
• Proactivity, empathy, responsibility.
