We are looking for an experienced HR Manager who knows how to build processes, work with people and communicate easily in English. The position involves close interaction with management and the team, participation in the development of corporate culture and HR direction in general.
Main tasks:
The full cycle of personnel selection: from the creation of a vacancy profile to the employee's departure for work
Conducting interviews in Ukrainian and English
Adaptation of new employees, support during the onboarding period
Building and improving HR processes
Working with team motivation, retention and development
Interaction with department heads on HR issues
Maintaining a healthy working atmosphere in the team
Participation in internal HR initiatives and projects
Our expectations:
English from B2
Understanding modern HR practices and approaches
Ready to consider without experience!
Ability to build communication with different people levels
Systematic, responsible and attentive to details
Willingness to work offline in the office
We offer:
Salary 100,000 - 120,000 UAH (the level is discussed based on the results interviews)
Work schedule: Monday-Friday, full-time
If you are not from Kyiv we pay for moving and provide housing for the first time
Work not remotely, in the office
