Vacancy: HR recruiter with work experience (search for sales operators through social networks and targeted advertising)
Company: International company with many years of work experience and high financial turnover. We successfully work on the European Union market, develop various sales directions and customer service in the field of Beauty/Health industry. In connection with the expansion, we are looking for an experienced recruiter who knows how to attract candidates not only by classical methods, but also through modern digital channels and will help us quickly scale the team of sales operators.
Mass selection of sellers for various EU markets.
Attracting candidates through social networks, targeted advertising (Facebook/Instagram Ads, etc.), job sites
- Formation of the candidate database and personnel reserve.
Requirements:
Experience as a recruiter, preferably in call centers sales).
-Skills in setting up and running targeted advertising for recruiting.
Proficiency in foreign languages/ability to use online translators.
-Knowledge of digital tools for recruiting (ATS/CRM, social networks, messengers).
-Excellent communication skills, creativity, ability to sell the vacancy.
- Experience in recruitment for international projects will be an advantage.
