We are looking for an experienced staff training trainer (debt collection), who will be able not only to transfer knowledge, but also to really influence the results of the teams. If you have a good understanding of the specifics of debt collection and know how to inspire people to develop, we would be happy to meet you.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting educational training and practical classes for employees;

• Development and implementation of training programs, methodological materials;

• Adaptation of new employees and development of existing teams;

• Practical practice of skills: negotiation, working with objections, managing emotions, improving the efficiency of calls;

• Cooperation with the quality control department to improve results;

• Analysis of training effectiveness and point work with teams by results.

Requirements:

• Experience in the field of debt collection;

• Experience in training, mentoring or coaching from 1 of the year (preferably in the field of collection);

• Understanding the specifics of working with debtors in the late stages of arrears;

• Ability to create and adapt training programs;

• Ability to motivate, inspire and support the development of employees;

• Competent language, self-confidence, structured thinking.
