Region/massif - Obolonsky district
Client segment - B2B clients
Product - LED lighting
Direction of company activity -Production and sale of LED lighting

Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher education;
• More than 1 year of work experience;
• Successful work experience;
• PC knowledge only at the user level;
• Personal qualities: active life position, responsibility, attentiveness, ability to understand people.
  
  Main responsibilities:
• Labor market monitoring and analysis;
• Finding and maintaining the necessary staff of employees;
• Development and implementation of adaptation and training material;
• Maintaining a reserve fund of employees;
• Conducting interviews and selecting necessary positions;
• Communication with by employees;
• Maintaining the working mood in the team;
• Organization and control of events for employees;
• Maintenance of all documentation regarding employees;

Working conditions:

• Income level: salary + performance bonus
