We are looking for an HR/Talent Acquisition Specialist with experience in hiring marketers, designers, managers, analysts and other office and creative professionals. We need a person who understands the specifics of these roles, the necessary competencies and principles of work of such teams.
Your responsibilities:
Full cycle of recruiting (from sourcing to onboarding)
Closing vacancies in various areas: marketing, creative, operational processes, management
Conducting screenings and initial interviews
Active search for candidates through various platforms and channels
Cooperation with team leaders to clarify requirements
Management of the recruiting pipeline and coordination of processes
Support of basic HR processes in the company
