Main responsibilities:

  • Managing personnel processes in the company (adaptation, communication, involvement).

  • Onboarding and offboarding employees.

  • Support of the HR database, creation of organizational structure, job descriptions.

  • Development of internal policies and instructions.

  • Support of managers on personnel management issues.

  • Participation in the formation of corporate culture and internal initiatives.

  • Full cycle of closing vacancies: from application to exit candidate.

  • Conducting interviews (HR + initial assessment of Soft/Hard Skills).

  • Communication with candidates at all stages.

  • Preparation of offers together with the manager.

Requirements:

  • Experience in HR and Recruitment from 1.5-2 years.

  • Experience in closing complex vacancies.

  • Interviewing skills (HR / Competency-based).

  • Understanding HR processes and the basics of personnel administration.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Ability to work at a fast pace.

  • Will a plus: experience in international companies or distribution, knowledge of Bitrix24.

  • English language is not below the Intermediate level.
