What challenges await:— Interaction with infrastructure teams (50+ people);— Implementation, improvement and optimization of HR processes: Onboarding, Performance review, Offboarding, Feedback ecosystem; — Conducting HR research, surveys, analyzing the results and improving processes based on them;— Development and implementation of a bonus motivation system for employees;— Consulting employees on HR policies, procedures and processes;— Organization of informal events and educational trainings;— Improvement of communications in team.
