We are looking for a HR People Partner to join our team, who combines culture, transformation and systematicity, is able to be close to people and at the same time think in terms of business categories.

Role requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a People Partner position (preferably with product-oriented teams)
  • Experience in building and developing an HR function in a company of 70-150 of employees
  • Practical experience in developing and implementing a performance review system;
  • Experience in building a structured onboarding process and middle-management development
  • Understanding the value of regular 1:1 meetings and experience in their implementation
  • Experience in conducting personnel audits or evaluating team effectiveness
  • You have experience in building or transforming the recruiting process in the company (structure, stages, criteria assessments, SLA)
  • You have practical experience of developing an organizational structure in a company that is growing or undergoing transformation

  • You have experience working with teams and know how to work with people (build team communications, monitor team moods, select motivational tools).
  • You act proactively and proactively (take responsibility for yourself, offer new ideas, experiment in order to complete the work faster and/or improve the quality of the final result).

What challenges await:

  • Conducting a comprehensive audit of the team: assessment of the structure, roles, level of involvement, management efficiency and compliance with business goals;
  • Standardization and optimization of the recruiting process: implementation of uniform approaches to candidate evaluation, improvement of hiring quality and interactions with hiring managers;
  • Development and implementation of a systematic onboarding process to ensure quick adaptation and effective entry of new employees into the role;
  • Implementation of regular 1:1 meetings as a tool for performance management, development and feedback;
  • Preparation and launch of the performance review system (definition of evaluation criteria, training of managers, support process);
  • Development of middle managers: strengthening of management competencies, support in complex cases;
