Recruiter (mass recruitment) in Kissa A.V., FOP

The chain of retail stores "Basket" is actively developing and expanding its team. 

We are currently looking for a recruiter who will be responsible for mass recruitment of line staff for stores and warehouses of the network.

Main tasks

• Mass recruitment: cashiers, store administrators, warehouse employees.

• Full cycle of recruiting: posting vacancies, searching for candidates, holding telephone and online interview, support of the candidate before starting work.

• Organization of the second stage of the interview with managers.

• Active work with job sites and alternative search channels.

• Maintenance of the internal database of candidates, support of the personnel reserve.

• Reporting on the work performed.

Requirements

• Work experience in recruiting or mass selection from 1 year (preferred)

• Experience in closing vacancies for line personnel.

• Ability to work in multitasking mode and close more than 5 different vacancies at the same time.

• Good communication skills and orientation to results.

• Skills in working with job sites and candidate search tools.
