What will you do?
Responsible for the full onboarding cycle of new employees, conducting orientation meetings.
Participate in Performance Review operational support process.
Help with the development of employees and create PDP together with the manager.
Advise employees on HR policies, benefits.
Resolve conflict situations, maintain a healthy climate in teams.
Prepare and conduct Exit Interviews, analyze the reasons for layoffs.
Work in Jira and BambooHR systems and prepare reports.
Congratulate specialists with holidays and control the sending of corporate gifts.
Participate in organizing team building events for teams and celebrating events in the office.
Formulate/update policies and update documents as required by the department.
Conduct a survey as a team.
Participate in various HR projects, initiate them, develop and develop.
What do we expect from you?
Work experience in HR in a similar position from 1 year.
Ability to work with HR metrics, analyze data and draw conclusions.
Practical experience in conducting 1:1, Exit Interviews, resolving conflict situations.
