Personnel support manager / HR People Partner in ThinkGlobal

ThinkGlobal is an online school for students of grades 1-11, which has been shaping the future of Ukrainian education for 8 years. We combine mission, innovation and freedom - without the office routine, in a professional, friendly environment.

We are currently looking for a HR People Partner - a person who will support our teachers and team. If you like to work with people, know how to listen, find solutions, are not afraid of challenges and at the same time appreciate clarity and order, this is for you.

Main duties:

• Carrying out adaptation (onboarding), accompanying dismissal (offboarding)

• Team support: processing inquiries, resolving operational issues issues

• Regular 1:1 meetings with employees, collecting and providing feedback

• Prompt communication of changes in internal processes

• Organization of teacher replacements, transfer of classes to CRM

Key requirements:

• Experience in HR / People Partner / Internal Communications — from 2 years

work: remote, full-time (Mon-Fri, 09:00-18:00)

• Formation: FOP 2/3 group

• Payment: fixed rate + bonuses (based on work results)

• Internal training, support during adaptation

• Stable company, clear processes, a team of professionals
