   Renocons is a Canadian company working in the niche of turnkey repairs and sauna decoration. Currently, we are actively expanding the team and looking for assistant managers in the recruitment department. The position involves active participation in hiring processes and involvement in interviews.

WHAT THE POSITION PROVIDES:

• Processing of incoming applications from candidates (calls, chats) and work with job platforms
• Analysis of the job market and formation of portraits of target candidates
• Communication with candidates and their coordination in CRM, assistance with conducting and moderating interviews

ADVANTAGES WILL BE:

• English language at B1-B2 level - to work with English-language tools
• Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and high communication skills, organization
• Proficiency in modern digital tools (Excel / Google Sheets, Trello, Miro, Zoom / Google Meet)
