Organization of internal team building, holidays and social projects.The ideal people partner for us, a person who:
- Has 3 years of experience in HR, People Partner, HRBP positions;
- Has experience in building HR processes from "0", (cool) if you have experience in a marketing agency);
- Understands the full cycle of HR processes and the specifics of working with people in military time;
- As an additional plus: command of the English language at the B2 level and above.
