And we are currently considering the resumes of candidates for the position of manager of the personnel management group of the Shebelinkagazvydobuvannya branch of the GPU in the village of Donets, Kharkiv Oblast.

Shebelinka Production and Gas Management—withis engaged in the production of natural gas and gas condensate,is a branch of JSC "Ukrgazvydobuvannya" and is part of the Naftogaz Group.

Main tasks and responsibilities for the position:

• Organization of personnel administration and accounting work personnel. 
• Ensuring the search, selection and adaptation of personnel taking into account the needs of the branch.
• Maintenance of military records of conscripts, conscripts and reservists, organization of reservations for conscripts.
• Organization of personnel business trips.
• Implementation of the system of social protection, benefits and compensations.
• Management of training and development of branch personnel, formation of plans professional development.
• Implementation of pay systems, policy of regulation of staff pay systems. Analysis and evaluation of the effectiveness of the reward system.   
• Analysis of the organizational structure to identify possible problems and find ways to eliminate them, optimization of the staff list.
• Formation and consolidation of the budget for labor costs and the number of personnel and monitoring of their compliance.

• Control of compliance with labor legislationand internal regulatory documents of the company.
  
  

Basic requirements:

• Higher education (personnel management, psychology, law, economics or other related specialty).
• Experience in management positions from 1 year, in the field of HR - from 3 years.
• Knowledge of labor legislation of Ukraine and the practice of its application.
• Knowledge of legislation on labor, social protection, compensation and benefits.
• Experience in organizing the processes of selection, adaptation, training and development of personnel.
• Developed management and communication skills, ability to work with large amounts of information.
