Now the team is looking for an HR Operations Specialist who will be responsible for the effective management of personnel processes and the development of internal HR initiative.

Key tasks:

  • Maintenance of personnel documentation (employment contracts, time sheets, vacations, sick leave, orders admission/dismissal/transfer).
  • Ensuring compliance of procedures with the labor legislation of Ukraine.
  • Preparation and submission of internal and external reporting.
  • Administration of contracts (with employees, freelancers, volunteers): preparation, control of deadlines, updating, archiving.
  • Maintenance of military documentation accounting.
  • Communication with employees and volunteers regarding accounting.
  • Reporting to state authorities.
  • Support of HR projects: adaptation of new employees, development of the employer brand, organization of events.
  • Support of internal HR communications (updating policies, informing the team).
  • Formation and development of corporate culture.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of the labor legislation of Ukraine, including the latest amendments (KzpP, Law "On Military Duty and Military service").
  • Practical skills in maintaining personnel documentation (making orders, reports, vacation schedules, working with personal affairs).
  • A confident user of MS Excel / Google Sheets, preferably experience with electronic document management (M.E.Doc, Timely, Paperless).
  • Higher or secondary special education in the field of management, law, accounting, personnel accounting, sociology or related fields (an additional advantage would be specialized courses in personnel accounting or military accounting).
  • Experience in personnel accounting for at least 5 years.
