We are currently looking for a HR Operations & Analytics Specialist to strengthen the team. Welcome. HR-data, formation of analytics, metrics and reporting. Maintaining the relevance of all HR data, statuses, changes.
Employee database management (personal cards, statuses).
Unloading, preparation of tables, uploading data to systems."Analytics and reporting "Collection, analysis and preparation of HR metrics: headcount, turnover, absenteeism, new hires, recruitment funnel.
Construction of summary tables, dashboards, analytical files.
Preparation of presentations for HRD and top management.
Analysis of recruitment metrics: hiring time, conversions, channel efficiency."HR cycles and work with processes "Data collection through forms/questionnaires.
Fixation of results in systems.
Support HRPP in HR processes (onboarding, reviews, status changes, rotations)."Onboarding and offboarding "Collection of documents of new employees.
Exit support: account creation, training, coordination.
Organization of technical onboarding and transfer to IT/office management.
Leaving support: bypass letter, return techniques.

Requirements:- Experience in HR Operations / HR Administration / HR Analytics from 1-2 years.
- Practical experience in maintaining HR data in HRMS and/or ATS (status updates, changes, employee history).
- Experience in supporting the full life cycle ofand employee: onboarding, status changes, offboarding.
- Experience in preparing HR reports and analytical files, presentations for management.
- Understanding key HR metrics (headcount, turnover, time to hire, conversions, etc.)
- High attention to detail and accuracy in working with data.
- Systemic thinking and ability to structure information.
