PurposePositions:
The HR Consultant is responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of human resource management processes in accordance with Save the Children International (SCI) policies, standards and local labor legislation. The position involves providing direct technical and operational support to the HR/Administrative Coordinator and Senior Program Manager in matters of recruiting, HR, documentation and payroll.
The HR component focuses on supporting and coordinating HR activities, including recruiting, onboarding, payroll data management, leave and performance accounting, and maintaining accurate and compliant with personnel records legislation.
This position requires strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic humanitarian environment.
Given the context of Ukraine, the Human Resources Consultant may be involved in tasks beyond the standard job profile to support emergency response and ensure continuity of operations.
Basicshoes'straps:
Provides HR support to employees working mainly in Kharkiv and Sumy, as well as support to the office in Dnipro as needed.
Collects, maintains and updates personal files of employees, ensuring proper storage and availability of basic HR documentation, including personal data, contracts signed by politicians, training certificates, applications and other relevant documents.
Prepares HR documents such as contracts, addcontracts, orders, letters, references and other official correspondence in accordance with the labor legislation of Ukraine.
Ensures timely and accurate updates of employee data in the HR Oracle system.
Maintains and regularly updates HR trackers, including leave tracker, recruitment tracker, induction and training records to ensure quick access to information for needs.
Supports recruitment processes in accordance with the principles of Safe Hiring, including coordination of recruitment documentation, scheduling interviews, checking references and maintaining a recruitment tracker.
Conducts onboarding processes for new employees, including preparation of onboarding documentation, coordination of induction sessions and tracking of completion of mandatory trainings and inductions.
Conducts termination processes, ensuring completion of all necessary documentation, system updates and exit procedures.
Supports HR coordinator in tracking and monitoring completion of timesheets by national staff.
Provides support in processing documents related to employee insurance.
Assists in maintaining and updating the management system performance and prepares HR reports as needed.
Maintains records related to staff training and development, training and employee wellness initiatives.
Communicates and coordinates with IT team regarding employee email and systems access issues.
Ensures proper data and documentation for support staff, including contracts, invoices, letters of recommendation.
Supports HR and the Admin Coordinator in interaction with external parties on issues related to personnel registration, taxation, insurance, training and development and other HR areas.
Provides daily HR operational support and promotes the effective implementation of HR processes in established locations.
Provides support as needed with general administrative tasks and office wellness initiatives, including assisting with office logistics, organizing staff events, and coordinating daily administrative processes.

Кваліфікації
Знання трудового законодавства України.
Знання Oracle HR або будь-яких HRIS систем.
Досвід роботи в неурядових організаціях є бажаним.
Відмінні міжособистісні навички.
Хороші навички усної та письмової комунікації англійською мовою (рівень B2 або вище), а також українською/російською.
Володіння цифровими інструментами, включно з пакетом Microsoft Office та системами управління базами даних.
Відмінна увага до деталей, організованість і вміння працювати з конфіденційною інформацією.
Доведена здатність працювати з великим навантаженням.
Мінімум 2 роки досвіду роботи у сфері HR/адміністрування або управління даними.
