We are expanding and invite to the team a HR Manager (distribution center and production) - a specialist which will ensure effective selection, adaptation and retention of line personnel of the warehouse and production divisions.

Your main tasks:

• active search and recruitment of personnel for the distribution center and production;

• conducting telephone interviews and personal interview;

• support of the candidate from the first contact to the moment of employment;

• communication with current employees, participation in staff retention activities;

• analysis of staffing, staff turnover, reasons for refusals and dismissals;

• conducting weekends interviews;

• interaction with advertising sites, media and other channels of personnel attraction;

• partial personnel administration (recruitment, transfer, dismissal);

• time sheeting of employees.

Our expectations:

• experience in the selection of linear personnel (warehouse, production, retail — will be an advantage);

• ability to find an approach to people and build trusting communication;

• willingness to work in a dynamic environment;

• proactivity, responsibility and result orientation;

• confident command of MS Office (Word, Excel).
