We are currently looking for a HR Generalist to be part of our team to ensure a positive experience for the company's employees, with a focus on the training and development system, as well as analyzing the performance of the staff and developing measures for it promotion

We are looking for a specialist who:
- Has at least 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in the position of a single HR or in small/medium-sized companies (production is an advantage)
- Able to work independently: plan, implement, optimize processes without micromanagement
- Experienced in training and development, able to form growth programs
- Good understanding of performance evaluation and performance management processes
- Result-oriented, able to combine humanity and business interests
- Has strong communication skills, able to speak with owners, team leaders and line employees with equal confidence
Key responsibilities:
- Building and implementing HR strategy according to business objectives
- Full cycle of recruitment: writing vacancies, selection, interviews, onboarding newcomers
- Offboarding
- Identification of training needs, organization of internal and external training, management of LMS
- Building of personnel performance evaluation system (KPI, review, OKR), analysis of results, preparation of productivity improvement initiatives
- Support of intangible motivation system, internal communications and corporate culture
- Conducting engagement surveys, 1:1 meetings, analysis attitudes in the team
- Preparation of HR reporting (recruiting, turnover, training, evaluation)
- Ensuring basic personnel administration (interaction with accounting/outsourcing)
- Checking the correctness of payroll, preparation and input of current data for calculations
