Our employee in this position:

• Coordinates the work of the internal communications team
• Processes internal inquiries of stakeholders
• Creates communication plans and concepts at the request of internal stakeholders
• Automates internal communication processes
• Coordinates internal communication projects, actively interacts with cross-functional teams, ensures consistency and integrity of information
• Agrees and, if necessary, develops text and visual content for corporate communication channels (Telegram channels, mailings, SMS mailings, etc.)
• Ensures events for employees to increase engagement and loyalty
• Communicates with company stakeholders and contractors (both internal and external), prepares briefs for speakers/designers
• Reports on implemented projects
• Controls internal communications budget
