Duties:

• Search and timely selection of service and technical personnel - electricians, plumbers, technicians, handymen, etc. in the city of Kyiv
• Cooperation with the engineering service and facility managers,
• Posting vacancies on Facebook, employment sites, warm calls to the candidate database, etc.
• Ability to identify the advantages of each vacancy and offer available vacancies in an accessible manner to selected candidates
• Formation of personnel reserve;
• Control of compliance with corporate standards;
• Formation of necessary reporting.
