HR manager, recruiter, HRD in InterHom

Hello! We have been developing our own brands and selling products in the fields of beauty, care and electronics for several years. We have more than 10 online stores, 2 own brands and a strong team that daily moves our products forward on the Ukrainian and international markets.

We want to start 2026 by forming a strong system team and building the right processes. That is why we are looking for an HR manager - recruiter to join our team.

What are the main tasks? We have a small team (up to 30 people), so we will be happy to work together on creating processes to improve the team's work.

What exactly should be done as HR:

• posting vacancies on specialized sites
• conducting interviews
• creating job descriptions
• assistance in onboarding and off-boarding
• assisting in creating a KPI system for the team
• co-creating and continuously improving (with management) processes and BPMN maps
• creating the right team structure and areas of responsibility for each department and department heads

In addition:

• communication and control of contractors' work
• creation of TK for process automation
• optimization of time for analytics and communication with the team
• support of the right atmosphere in the team
• active participation in brainstorming and corporate team life

• have 2 years of HR and/or recruiter experience

• know what Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V are, know how to make a screen demonstration in Google Meet, how to make a delayed message in Telegram and how to call the Nova Poshta hotline to find out where our order is lost buyer)
