HR manager, recruiter in ForPhone

HR manager / Recruiter / HR inspector for a chain of mobile accessories and vape device stores.

Location: comfortable office in the city center (Gagarina Street), 2 minutes from the public transport stop
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 09:00-18:00
Salary: rate + KPI + bonuses
Payments: 2 times a month (without delays)

  What you will do:

• Search for "your" people: active recruiting + feedback work
• Conduct interviews and select candidates for internships
• Help newcomers adapt: basic training, training, testing
• Maintain candidate questionnaires and internal HR documentation
• Form and adjust employee schedules
