HR Manager, Recruiter in Tactic 4 Profi, Gruppa kompaniy

Our company "Tactic 4 Profi" is one of the most stable companies in Kharkiv and Ukraine. Now, during the war, we try to be as useful and efficient as possible, so we produce army ammunition, souvenir products, military and public clothing.  They opened their own clothing brand and a successful chain of 35+ stores. We strive to move forward and attract the best.

We are looking for a personnel manager, a recruiter with experience in closing various vacancies — from working staff to managers.

Tasks:

- Search, selection and attraction of qualified candidates for vacancies in accordance with the company's requirements;

- Preparation of vacancy texts and placement on all relevant platforms;

- Conducting meetings and evaluating potential applicants;

- Maintenance of the candidate database and document management;

- Support of the company brand and participation in life activities

- Planning and reporting

Requirements:

- Experience in HR/recruiting from 1 year;

- Knowledge of selection methods and techniques of staff;

- Ability to work with a large amount of information;

- Fluency in the Ukrainian language;

- High level of communication and the ability to build trusting relationships.
