HR manager / Recruiter in Zuy D.O., FOP

We are looking for an HR manager / Recruiter who will combine recruitment and HR processes in the company. The ideal candidate is systematic, communicative and result-oriented.

Responsibilities:

Recruiting:

• Full recruitment cycle (from brief to candidate exit)

• Posting vacancies on job sites, social networks, working with databases

• Conducting interviews (online / offline)

• Supporting candidates during the adaptation phase

HR functions:

• Adaptation of new employees

• Maintenance of personnel documentation (partially or fully)

• Support of corporate culture

• Participation in the development of HR processes and motivational programs

• Communication with the team and management

Requirements:

• Experience as an HR manager and/or recruiter from 1 year

• Understanding the labor market of Ukraine

• Ability to work effectively with people

• Organization, proactiveness

• Confident PC skills
