We are looking for an HR manager / Recruiter who will combine recruitment and HR processes in the company. The ideal candidate is systematic, communicative and result-oriented.
Responsibilities:
Recruiting:
Full recruitment cycle (from brief to candidate exit)
Posting vacancies on job sites, social networks, working with databases
Conducting interviews (online / offline)
Supporting candidates during the adaptation phase
HR functions:
Adaptation of new employees
Maintenance of personnel documentation (partially or fully)
Support of corporate culture
Participation in the development of HR processes and motivational programs
Communication with the team and management
Requirements:
Experience as an HR manager and/or recruiter from 1 year
Understanding the labor market of Ukraine
Ability to work effectively with people
Organization, proactiveness
Confident PC skills
