HR manager/recruiter in Kraynikova V.V., FOP

Due to growth, we are looking for an HR and recruiter who will help to systematically close vacancies, support basic HR processes and keep the “pulse of the team”. team;

Main duties

• publication of vacancies on job platforms and in profile channels;

• initial selection of resumes and screening interviews;

• coordination of technical and final interviews with team leaders;

• accompanying candidates to the offer and going to work;

• participation in the adaptation of new employees.

Requirements

• Ukrainian language — fluently;

• English will be an advantage (not necessary);

• High level of self-organization and responsibility.
