• Hr work experience from 2-3 months, or in the field of offices.

Duties:

• Coordinating the hiring process: organize online meetings of candidates with management and other participants in the selection process.
• Designing a job offer: prepare an offer and agree it with the candidate, answering the questions that arise.
• Conducting interviews with candidates, as well as individual/group interviews with applicants
• Ensure constant communication with candidates: inform about the status of their application, give feedback and accompany them until the end of the hiring process.
• Make sure that every candidate who applies to us feels like an important part of our process
