Qualities that important:

• analytical mindset and organizational skills;
• experience in management of a catering establishment or food production (combined experience in related fields - HoReCa, Retail is also considered);
• confident PC user (MS Office, Google documents);
• experience in automation systems for catering establishments (Syrve, Poster or others);
• honesty and openness;
• activity, persistence and, sometimes, iron nerves.

What you will do:

• lead a really talented team, encourage, sometimes be strict, teach and learn together, direct to the result through an interesting process;
• negotiate contracts, monitor suppliers, forecast and control the volume of purchases;
• set up and improve management accounting;
• form a budget and be responsible for operational indicators of locations, draw up work schedules;
• develop, implement, link and optimize work processes of departments;
• control pricing and food cost (and know, what is it);
• monitor compliance with the requirements of current legislation regarding the activities of restaurant establishments.
