Who we are looking for
A specialist who:
has from 1 year of experience in recruiting, preferably in mass recruitment;
successfully closed complex and atypical vacancies (office, production, managerial);
can work through direct search and produce results when there are no other options;
can build communication with recruiters and internal customers;
initiates changes and offers new search tools;
writes apt, lively and working texts vacancies.
What you will do
Lead the full recruiting cycle: from the brief to the exit of the candidate.
Develop a hiring culture and accompany the adaptation of new employees.
Work in partnership mode with managers: job profiles, reverse communication, argumentation and influencing decisions.
Share expertise within the team, help improve processes and strengthen the team approach.
