HR manager, recruiterin a powerful construction company

In connection with the expansion, the team is looking for a

Human Resources Manager (HR), RECRUITER,

who will qualitatively and quickly select specialists for the construction sector.

Responsibilities:

• Full cycle of personnel selection for construction: workers, engineers, foremen, foremen, technicians and office workers specialists.
• Active hunting of strong candidates, including passive ones.
• Daily search for personnel through various channels, creation of a personnel reserve. Conducting telephone, online and personal interviews.
• Evaluation of candidates’ professional competencies.
• Close communication with heads of construction facilities and departments.
• Support of new employees: adaptation, control exit.
• Mandatory visits to construction sites in the Kyiv region (checking conditions, communication with managers, getting to know the staff).
• Maintenance of internal reporting on the search and recruitment of personnel
• Active participation in all HR projects and corporate life of the company

Requirements:

• Work experience recruiter/HR (preferably in the construction, technical or production fields).
• Confident command of modern recruiting and hunting tools.
  Ability to manage 10 or more vacancies at the same time and meet deadlines.
• High level of communication, stress resistance, organization and responsibility.
• Readiness for regular visits to facilities.
• Love for people,ability to build trusting relationships.
• Empathy, delicacy in working with different types of candidates.
• Desire to grow and develop in the field of HR and together with the company.

Terms jobs:

• Full-time employment
• Only office format of work (visits to objects in the Kyiv region)
  5-day work week, Mon–Fri. from 09:00 to 18:00
• Work location: Kyiv near the metro
• Mandatory visits to objects in the Kyiv region
