HR manager/Recruiter in SKILL VISION

Inconnection with the expansion of activities, we are looking for a candidate for the position of HR manager in the city of Odesa.

Your daily tasks will be:

• search for people on job search sites and use other sources of candidate search; 
• conduct interviews (online, offline);
• maintain a database of candidates;
• organize and conduct induction and adaptation training for new employees;
• advising employees on internal company regulations.

Requirements for the candidate:

• < strong>Colleague with experience in HR (CRYPTO/FOREX direction)
• Personal qualities: speed of reaction, command, stability of character, well-developed emotional intelligence and empathy
• Our HR - people, don't give a damn))))
• Ability to see not only recruiting, but a wide functionality in HR
• Readiness for an intense pace of work
• Ability to quickly find a common speaking with people and solving tasks effectively;
• Responsibility, attention to details and the ability to work with a large amount of information.

• Fixed rate 45,000 UAH + bonus system based on work results. The average income of our HR manager is UAH 67,000 per month;
