Our client is a Ukrainian digital agency that provides services in the field of PR, marketing, advertising, development of SMM strategies, organization of promos and PR actions since 2005.
Due to expansion and ambitious business goals, HRBP is in search.
Number of people in the company: ~ 50,
Number of subordinates: 2 (recruiter and office manager).
Key objectives of the position:
Improve the recruitment function (optimize time and resources for closing vacancies)
Form a sales team (hire the right people);
Maintain and develop the existing team;
Increase the productivity of the existing team;
Take over the tasks of personnel management and distract the business owner from solving current personnel issues (in particular, finding approaches to motivating individual employees).
It is important to note that HR processes and HR analytics have already been implemented in the company. There is no need to develop anything from 0.
Main tasks:
Recruiting for top positions;
Conducting certifications for current employees;
Developing career development plans ;
Working with conflicts and motivating employees - helping managers with subordinates;
Planning and analytics:
Development program of the department for a year with a budget, according to the general strategy of the owner
Recruiting (Plan/fact closing of vacancies (year/month with budget)
Control of employee working time accounting
Control and analysis of employee statistics
Financial expenditure plan of the Department
Weekly planning of tasks.
Requirements:
Experience in personnel management from 3 years, in the positions of HRD, Deputy HRD, HRBP, HRG, Assistant Director/Owner who was responsible for hiring, Deputy Director of Personnel;
Experience in the Digital field will be an advantage;
In-depth knowledge of HR processes and best practices of personnel management;
Experience in implementing HR strategies to increase the efficiency of employees;
Willingness and ability to engage in effective recruiting ;
Experience in working with CRM systems and HR analytics;
Ability to effectively organize the work process, both for yourself and for the entire team.
