HR manager (personnel manager)

We need you if you:

  • Have VO (personnel management, sociology, psychology, economics, management);
  • You have 2-3 years of work experience in a similar position;
  • You have knowledge of modern HR processes - recruitment, adaptation, development, motivation and retention of employees, and also engaged in the formation of a healthy corporate culture and effective team interaction;
  • A confident user of Word, Excel (formulas, tables), 1C;
  • You have soft skills such as communication, empathy, conflict resolution, adaptability and strategic thinking, and an understanding of the specifics of working with production personnel and technical specialists to ensure effective recruitment, onboarding, motivation and team development to achieve the company's business goals.

 What will you be? engage in:

  • Ensuring effective recruitment, onboarding, motivation and team development;
  • Formation of a healthy corporate culture and effective interaction between employees, talent retention;
  • Recruitment: search, selection and hiring of new employees (production, office);
  • Adaptation: helping new employees integrate into the team faster;
  • Training and development: organization of training, assessment of potential and career planning;
  • Motivation: participation in the development of a system of motivation and bonuses;
  • Corporate culture: formation of values, support of climate and internal communications;
  • Efficiency management: evaluation of work, development of evaluation systems.

We are waiting for you:

  • Decent salary level (willing to negotiate individually) rate + bonuses;
  • Official employment and fully official "white" salary;

  • Working schedule 5/2 from 09.00 to 18.00. Office in the city of Boryspil;
