HR Business Partner in Linkos Group

Linkos Group is a Ukrainian IT group of companies with a staff of more than 500 employees, a stable business, strong products and ambitions for systemic growth.
We are at the stage of active construction and scaling of the HR function, so we invite to the team an HR Business Partner who will work under the direct supervision of the HR Director and become a key partner in the development of people and teams.

About the role

This is a role for a practical HR expert who wants to be involved in real projects, work with people systematically and influence the quality of management decisions.

Projects and areas in which the HR Business Partner will be involved

• Recruitment (IT specialists of various levels and office roles)
• Adaptation of new employees and development of onboarding approaches
• Forge of personnel: formation of internal personnel reserve
• Personnel development: evaluation, training, support of team growth
• Development of HR brand together with the team
• Internal communications and involvement employees

• HR specialist with practical experience of recruiting in IT
• A person who understands the full HR cycle and wants to develop as a business partner
• A partner for managers, not just an executor of processes
• Systematic, responsible, with mature communication
• Someone who is interested in building, not just maintain the existing
