HR manager, personnel manager in Net.Hunters

HR manager will become a team partner who will be able to see behind people's processes, understand business and help management build a healthy culture.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Knowledge and practical experience in HR procedures (assessment, adaptation, motivation, survey, HR analytics).
• Understanding all stages of life employee cycle.
• Communication, ability to hear and communicate complex things simply
• Resistance to stress and ability to work in a team.
• Education: higher education, preferably psychology, management, personnel management or related
• Experience recruiting technical or production professionals will be a plus

Responsibilities:

• Organization of the process of adaptation of new employees and mentoring.
• Conducting on-boarding/off-boarding.
• Participating in employee performance evaluation.
• Monitoring the completion of the probationary period, collection feedback from managers and employees (satisfaction surveys, 1:1 meetings).
• Standardization of the work of production personnel
• Work on the involvement and loyalty of employees, support of corporate culture.
• Assistance in the implementation of the performance evaluation system (KPI / OKR).
