- keep notes in CRM;
- solve the client's problems if they arise.

What about you:
- attentiveness;
- fluency in Ukrainian (grammar, spelling);
- fast typing;
- stress resistance;
- developed empathy, desire to help the client;
- experience in support will be a plus.

Conditions:
- schedule 2-2. 12-hour night shifts from 8 p.m. to 8 p.m.;
- hourly pay;
- office work format!
