  • Operational management of business processes at facilities;
  • Selection, training, adaptation of personnel, team formation, personnel control;
  • Effective communication with the Customer;
  • Execution control budgets, drawing up and implementing a plan for competent optimization of unit costs;
  • Quality control of work execution in accordance with service contracts;
  • Maintenance of documentation, internal reporting.

  Requirements:

  • Experience in personnel management in an administrative position, preferably in the field of services or retail or production).
  • Organizational abilities;
  • High level of communication, experience in negotiations;
  • Working in a multitasking system, mobility, readiness for traveling work;
  • Systemic and analytical thinking, assertiveness, efficiency, the ability to compromise, rationalizing abilities, stress resistance.
