• Experience as an HR manager or Recruiter, preferably in manufacturing, industrial, retail companies
• Experience in mass recruiting for line positions
• ?Experience in development , launch, analysis of advertising campaigns
• Knowledge of relevant methods and tools for personnel search (not only job sites)
• Initiative, willingness to find and propose solutions
• ? Excellent communication skills, productivity, ability to work with large amounts of information

Main duties:

• Processing applications for selection from internal Customers
• Search planning (search strategy; selection of tools/resources; budgeting)
• Creation and publication of job advertisements on job sites and other platforms
• Control of the use of paid resources on various platforms, channels, etc.
• If necessary, help HR at enterprises in the search and selection of candidates for mass positions< /li>
• Reporting by direction
