HR manager, personnel officer in Tensore

"TENCORE" — a company working at the forefront of development and implementation of high-tech solutions for the Defense Forces of Ukraine, invites an HR manager with a focus on personnel selection to join the team. We are looking for a specialist who can quickly and efficiently close vacancies for production and office staff and partially support personnel processes.

Who we are looking for:

• work experience as a HR manager / recruiter from 1 year
• practical experience of mass and point recruitment
• ability to work with production vacancies (will be an advantage)
• knowledge of modern recruitment tools
• understanding of the basic norms of KZpP (at the level of orientation)
• communicability, systematicity, effectiveness

What should be done:

Main (?70-80% of the time):

• full cycle of recruiting: from the application to the exit of the candidate
• search and attraction of candidates (job sites, social networks, recommendations)
• conducting initial interviews
• accompanying the candidate until the first working day
• working with the "Bring a friend" program

Additionally (?20-30% of the time):

• preparation of simple personnel documents (admission/dismissal orders)
• formation of personal files (partially)
• interaction with accounting and department heads
• support of HR document flow
