HR manager (dairy plant) in Konditerskaya korporaciya «ROShEN»

Main responsibilities:

•  Planning, organization and full cycle of recruitment processes: from preparing job descriptions and placing ads on major job sites to conducting interviews, evaluating candidates and forming job offers
• Active search for candidates using various sources and tools, maintaining and filling the internal database of candidates
• Interaction with educational institutions: conducting presentations for students about the company, company vacancies, growth prospects of young specialists within the company
• Participation in conferences, job fairs and other events with the aim of attracting personnel to company vacancies
• Development and implementation of adaptation measures for new personnel
• Participation in the implementation of training systems, personnel evaluation (regular evaluation, professional evaluation, etc.), personnel reserve within the framework of the implementation of projects from the Central office
• Formation and implementation of career development plans for personnel who have entered the personnel reserve
• Organization of internal and external, including targeted training
• Participation in personnel surveys, based on survey results, organization of internal activities aimed at attracting personnel

Requirements for candidate:

• Higher education
• Experience of at least 1-2 years in personnel recruitment and/or training, in a large company will be a plus
• Experience in mass recruitment
• Experience in working with major job sites, social networks and educational institutions
• Proficiency in MS Office programs: Word, Excel, PRT
