Job description:

In connection with the rapid development of the Company, we invite a HR manager to join the team to our chain of burger joints Gremio Grill, which includes 10 food court establishments in Kyiv.

Skills and competences:

• Experience as a personnel manager for 2 years (preferably HoReCa);
• Owning modern techniques search and selection of personnel;
• Successful experience of closing vacancies of various levels and understanding of business processes;
• High level of responsibility and self-organization, result-oriented, possessing high communication skills, passion for one's work and desire to learn and develop in the field of HR.

You will be responsible for:

• Search and selection of personnel at different levels;
• Compilation of job profiles, placement of advertisements, conducting interviews, active search for candidates;
• Organization of the processes of passing probationary periods and adaptation of new employees;
• >Development of job instructions and internal regulations, pay systems, staff motivation, labor market monitoring;
• Calculation and control of department budgets;
• Improving employee productivity and the atmosphere in the team.
