Compensation and Benefits Specialist

Main functional duties:

• calculation of financial incentives for employees and deductions from wages in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine;
• calculation of wages on the basis of reported information received (including from information and technological systems) in accordance with the approved provisions on calculating wages of the Company;
• monitoring, analysis and verification of the reliability and compliance of reported information on key performance indicators of the Company
• participation in clarifying and proving the approved motivation systems for the Company's employees;
• controlling the expenditure of the salary fund;
• formation of other reports on the instructions of the management ;
• formation, maintenance and storage of a labor and salary database, the number of employees, making changes to reference and regulatory information

Requirements for the candidate:

• higher education;
• desired work experience in a similar position of 2 years or more;

• preferred experience of working with the GIS.
