HR manager in a construction company
A company that provides construction services and is actively developing is looking for an HR manager who will build effective recruitment processes and become a partner for management.
Responsibilities:
• full cycle of recruitment (labor specialties, engineering and technical staff, office);
• posting vacancies, working with reviews, conducting interviews;
• adaptation of new employees;
• participation in the formation of the team and corporate culture;
• keeping personnel documentation (if necessary);
• interaction with recruiting partners, contractors, agencies;
• accompanying foreign employees at the stages of selection, adaptation and document processing (together with lawyers/responsible persons).
It will be an advantage:
• experience of working with foreign employees;
• understanding of processes of legal employment of foreigners in Ukraine; • Knowledge of languages (Russian, Tajik, Uzbek — a plus).
Requirements:
• 1 year of work experience as an HR manager/recruiter;
• understanding of the specifics of recruitment in the construction industry will be an advantage;
• communication and candidate assessment skills;
• organization, responsibility, ability to work with a large amount of information;
