Recruiter in Profitable Global Affiliates

Format: remote / full-time employment

We are looking for a recruiter who can efficiently and quickly close vacancies in the digital sphere.

What needs to be done:
Search and selection of candidates for the positions of PPC, SMM, farmers, managers? 
Conducting an initial interview (checking experience, competences, motivation)? Formation of a short profile of the candidate and transfer of the team lead? 
Keeping simple reporting on the hiring funnel? 
Support of the candidate until the moment of starting work

Requirements:
Experience in recruiting from 6 months (can be non-IT, the main thing is the result)? 
Ability to conduct quality interviews: ask the right questions and quickly assess the candidate? 
Understanding basic roles in digital would be a plus? 
Independence, punctuality, accuracy in communications
