Now we are scaling up, which is why we are looking for a COO (Chief Operating Officer) - a person who will turn the strategy into a flawless mechanism. We need not just a deputy, but a process architect and a reliable partner for the CEO.

This is a role for a person who knows how to keep processes under control, sees "bottlenecks" and is not afraid to take responsibility for the result.

This is not just an administrative position - it is the role of an operational director who helps the business work faster, clearer and more efficiently.

 Requirements for candidate:

  • Higher education.  Specialization - banking, finance, legal;
  • Experience from 5 years in management operational positions (COO, executive director, operations manager). High digital literacy and experience working with process automation systems; 
  • Ability to clearly prioritize tasks and independently find solutions; 
  • Ability to work with large amounts of information, analytical thinking;
  • High level of responsibility, attentiveness, sociability, ability to quickly adapt to business requirements, to the corporate standards of the company.

The advantage for this vacancy will be:

  • Proficiency in English - at a level no lower than Intermediate+;
  • Experience in construction or transformation of business processes;
  • Experience with contractual documentation;
  • Experience in the financial sector.

Your responsibilities in the Company:

  • Building a benchmark operating model of a leading company;
  • Full synchronization with the CEO and management of the internal "rhythm" of the company to transform strategic visions into flawless operational results;
  • Implementation of a culture of executive discipline and high standards of quality;
  • Optimization of processes: identification of "bottlenecks" and successful implementation of solutions that increase the speed and clarity of the work of divisions.;
  • Direct influence on the company's development and transformation processes through the implementation of key projects;
  • Improvementreliable cross-functional interaction and communication between departments;
  • Legal and financial support of operational activities and control of contractual discipline;
  • Implementation of a system for monitoring deadlines and the quality of task performance;
  • Creation of a transparent base of internal procedures and regulations that make business understandable and manageable.
